Cu-HCP (High Conductivity Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper), designated as CW021A / C10300 / 2.0070, is a high-conductivity electrolytic copper grade that is resistant to hydrogen embrittlement. Its phosphorus-deoxidized structure reduces oxygen content while maintaining high conductivity. This makes Cu-HCP an ideal material for gas-tight systems and components requiring excellent weldability.
With a purity exceeding 99.95%, Cu-HCP offers a well-balanced combination of mechanical formability and electrical performance.
Technical Advantages:
- High electrical conductivity (≥ 98–100% IACS)
- Resistance to hydrogen embrittlement
- Suitable for vacuum applications
- Excellent weldability and cold formability
- High purity (minimum 99.95% Cu)
- Strong resistance to chemical corrosion
Main Application Areas:
Electrical & Electronics: Busbars, coils, connector components
Vacuum Technology: Gas-tight fittings, vacuum-sealed system components
Heat Transfer Systems: Heat exchangers, cooling tubes
Welding Applications: MIG/TIG welding components, brazing elements
Industrial Engineering: Copper parts operating under pressure, radiation system components
Standards and Compliance:
EN: CW021A
ASTM / UNS: C10300
DIN: 2.0070
Other Names: Cu-HCP, High Conductivity Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper
All products undergo complete quality-control processes including chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and conductivity measurements, and are delivered with full certification.
Fully compliant with RoHS and REACH directives.
