To comply with Albaksan's founding purpose and objectives, and to ensure that our employees work in a comfortable and safe environment,
Increasing work efficiency and reducing costs by minimizing work and workforce losses,
To reduce existing risks and to provide continuous improvement in our Occupational Health and Safety performance by using risk assessments, suggestions of employees and all studies on occupational health and safety,
Establishing our Occupational Health and Safety goals and acting together with our employees to achieve these goals,
To minimize the accidents, injuries and diseases that may occur by evaluating new products and processes during the projecting phase and controlling the hazards,
To create a sensitive and responsible image towards other businesses or customers,
To raise awareness of Albaksan Group employees by training them on Occupational Health and Safety issues and increasing their skills and awareness regarding OHS,
Continuously and regularly auditing and reviewing OHS practices and improving them in an organized manner together with the appointed employee representatives,
In line with our strategies, to identify internal and external issues and to define the applicable needs, expectations and conditions of the relevant parties, to propose solutions and to fulfill them.
